XOR

It's a small, flexible cup made from medical silicone, which is reused across multiple menstrual cycles. Instead of absorbing your flow, like a tampon or pad, it catches and collects it. Just before your period begins, tightly fold the menstrual cup and insert it like a tampon without an applicator.

The XOR Cup is made from a soft, medical grade silicone with a loop for easy removal. It is made without BPA, Dioxin, Latex and fragrances. Best of all, it is hypoallergenic.

The XOR Cup holds 15 mL of liquid, which is about 1-2 regular tampons.

For reference, a regular tampon absorbs roughly 6-9 mL (per FDA).

The XOR Cup can last up to 5 years, but we recommend replacing after 2 years, or replace immediately if you see any tears or holes. For context, 1 XOR Cup replaces approximately 300-350 tampons within its 2-year lifespan.

When washing your cup, we recommend using a fragrance-free, gentle soap. Sterilize your cup by boiling it at the end of every cycle. Ensure that the cup's air holes are always clean and open. Store your cup in the container provided, stem up. If your cup is stored when wet, keep the container open so it remains breathable.
